A beautifully designed oak display cabinet. Made by Henshaw's out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Circa early 1900s.
George Henshaw was an English cabinetmaker. He opened the furniture company in Cincinnati Ohio around 1847. When he Passed in 1881, the firm was called 'G. Henshaw & Sons furniture company'. After his death the name changed to 'G. Henshaw Sons'. The company existed until the 40's.
This piece features a bow front with 4 shelve and a mirrored backing along the top two panels. It is lockable with key. Front to legs are lion carved paw feet. An exquisite addition to any setting.
