This is a complete portfolio suite of 12 lithographs by Thomas Rowlandson (1756-1827) depicting medical caricatures. This set was created in 1971 by Editions Medicina Rara Ltd., New York. Numbered 839/2500. Each lithograph is placed in individual folders and is printed on Curtis Tweedweave laid paper. The 12 lithographs are approximately 14" x 17", and the portfolio box is approximately 15" x 17.75".
