Late 19th century black-and-white nautical etching by Otis S. Weber. Panoramic coastal landscape / seascape with a silhouetted windmill and sailboats in the horizon. Signed in plate O.S. "A marine painter, often working in watercolor, Otis Weber was from New England, but little information has been found about his life, although his works frequently go through auction.
