Antique Napoleon III French 19th C. Ebonized Mother of Peral Inlaid Wall Clock

Description

Mid 19th Century Napoleon III Era French wall clock by Sarda Besancon. Features an oviform with serpentine ebonized wood and a glass face. The beautiful clock face is enameled porcelain and showcases roman numerals in blue framed with applied Neoclassical gilt brass frames. The clock is mounted in a wooden case with mother of pearl inlay foliate inlay within neat assymetric shapes. The clock is in running condition and chimes.
