Circa 1890s, French (Sevres) Louis XVI style, Heavy gilt ormolu base with suspended drapery and rosettes.

Hand painted and signed classical baroque nymph and cherub scenes by the Charles Labarre. Charles was a French and porcelain painter active in the 1890s. Notable painter of the Columbus vase shown by Doulton & Co. At the world's Columbian Exhibition in Chicago in 1893.
