Description
Exceptional pair of vintage neoclassical crystal urn table lamps by Baccarat. These beautiful lamps come from the original molds by Paul Hanson. Showcases a brilliant interplay of textured glass and ornate metalwork. Each lamp features a substantial, heavy-cut crystal body structured in a traditional trophy shaped urn silhouette, complete with a diagonally swirling fluted upper section and a diamond-patterned crisscross base cylinder. Ornate, cast-brass scroll handles flank the sides of the urns, leading up to a matching spun-brass shoulder collar and cap. The heavy crystal columns are securely anchored onto thick, circular black marbled plinth bases trimmed with a polished brass spacer ring. Completed by their original white pleated fabric empire shades and secured at the top with a decorative brass pineapple or acorn finial, this elegant duo serves as a sophisticated addition to a formal living room, entryway console, or buffet sideboard.
