"Lehman Brothers Silverware was a manufacturer of silverplate and hollowware based in New York, New York. The company was established in 1905 and purportedly incorporated circa 1925. Patents for designs assigned to the corporation appear at least by 1927 (US Patent Office - Index of Patents). Dating of products by sellers online suggests they were in operation through the 1960s-1970s." (Source: 925-1000 / Google Books)
