Description

Late 20th century Chinoiserie / majolica style porcelain trinket box by Mottahedeh. Square turquoise box with feet fashioned of red birds clutching yellow orbs. Sides decorated with birds flying over flowering branches and blue squirrels. Lid features a brown Chinoiserie border and branch shaped handle over overlapping diamonds. Turquoise blue interior with yellow trim. Made in Italy.
