Jacobs was Born in Korreuburg, Austria in 1908. He absolved the elementary schools there where his teachers were struck by his great talent. He attended the Industrial school of Arts and studied for paintings landscapes under Prof. Anger. His paintings are subjects of which he is taking out of the Viennese surroundings are marked by their cheerful tones in colours.
