"Fannie Mennen was an American artist who was born in 1903. Fannie Mennen was raised in Chattanooga, TN. She obtained a teaching degree from George Peabody College in Nashville, Tennessee and then a Masters Degree in teaching from Columbia University. She taught and studied art throughout her life.
