Late 19th century early American pressed glass 1/2 gallon pitcher by Richards & Hartley Glass Company (Pittsburgh/Tarentum-PA, Co. Operated: 1865-91), in the No 103 pattern (aka Thousand Eyes), introduced circa 1887. (Source: Early American Pattern Glass Society) Design features an ovular body with faceted pedestal and scalloped edge footed base, shell pattern spout, double lobed ear shaped handle, and distinctive closely spaced "eyes" - a bubble / hobnail type pattern separated by small diamond points.
