Description

Monumental 19th century Tibetan blanket or storage chest. Rectangular in form with a hand painted red and black textured front with flowers, scrolls and Chinese Greek key design. Features a split top with removable lid, a black and gold zig zag design along the top and sides and iron handles. Constructed using hand cut nails. A great statement piece for any home. Perfect for use as an entertainment or media console.

Condition

Good antique condition; natural distressing commensurate with age. Some paint wear and loss to the top. Edge wear. Some water damage to the back left side.
