Mid 20th century Kappa Sigma fraternity wooden pledge hazing paddle, fully painted on the front in burgundy, green and white, with applied fraternity logo, taped handle and surname of original owner, (Jack) Gibson. Reverse is signed with the names of pledges.
Made at Duke University in the spring of 1948.
