Vintage reproduction American Old West style silver ingot. Obverse: portrait of William Fargo across the top half of the bar; 1852, the year of the company’s founding, just below the portrait; “wells Fargo” at a diagonal below the portrait; star in a circle in the lower left corner. Reverse: stamped eagle with wings outstretched, clutching and olive branch; 1.7 in upper left corner; “Bonded” across lower left corner; “H.E.C. W 8” in an oval in lower right corner. Exact content of metal unknown.
