Antique Meissen porcelain Tete a Tete serving platter with a molded neoclassical and dragon motif around the edge and a hunting scene that features a deer / stag being brought down by a team of dogs and men. Marked with crossed swords topped with a star, used from 1774-1814.

Provenance : Jerome Schottenstein Estate, Columbus Ohio. Jerome was was an American entrepreneur and philanthropist, co-founder of Schottenstein Stores Corp.
