Lanyak Dmytro Oleksiiovych (AKA Lanyak Dmitry Alekseevich, AKA Ланяк Дмитро Олексiйович) (B -1937 - 2013)- Ukrainian painter , graphic artist , musician , teacher .

Biography
In 1945 , together with his parents, brother and sister, he was forced to move to Ukraine ( Donetsk region , Karakub village).

The same year the family moved to Boryslav .
In 1963 he graduated from the music school in Drohobych .
In 1970 - Lviv Conservatory.
He died on May 28, 2013. Buried in the village. Ranevychi, Drohobych district, Lviv region

Creativity
He worked at the Boryslav Music School, accordion class - accordion .
He painted on his own from a young age.
His work is dominated by the Carpathian landscape ( watercolor , pastel , monotype , embossing , oil ).
He has repeatedly had exhibitions in Boryslav, Drohobych ( 2006 ), Poland, England ( Manchester , 1991 ).
Dmytro Lanyak's paintings are in private collections in Ukraine, Russia , England, Hungary , and Poland.
