Description
Early 19th century Federal Era weight driven wall clock by Eli Terry, Jr. & Co. Eli Terry Junior left the highly successful family firm that was started by his father in 1828, and moved to Plymouth, Connecticut to build a new factory. There he produced shelf clocks until he died from overwork in 1841.
This beautiful clock features a walnut case with black turned columns. Original paper label still intact along the back.

Fair Condition - Mark in Silvering on Mirror; Top Cresting Loose; Missing Piece on Top Corner. Cresting can be repaired. Estimated cost $60. Pin missing for hands, which is why a paperclip is in place.
