Description
A beautifully designed petite oak bookcase. Made by J L Gillman, circa early 20th century. Features a glass front with handle and lock. Inside there is a lower pine cabinet door and fixed shelf. Peg holes are available along the side for additional shelving. The cabinet has a fixed upper back-splash with classic Victorian acanthus carving. On casters for ease of movement. This piece could be used for display, storage, or even as a gun cabinet if hardware was added.

Condition
Good overall condition. Marking, distressing and staining from use. Lower door within cabinet originally hinged downward. Hinge marks can be seen at the very bottom.
