Up for sale is a White 1965 220S with blue leather interior. Car was purchased out of Rockport, Illinois from a collector.
Condition
The car is drivable and functional. Turns over every time and is currently on a trickle charger. Needs a little bit of warm up time before driving. Engine compartment is relatively clean with some rusting. Paint is a matte finish with some spotting. Re-painted accent towards the backside rear right side underneath chrome. Paint is without gloss or clear coat.. The horn is loud and functioning, however sometimes engages on heavy turns and when in reverse. Undercarriage was spray sealed with polyurethane foam by previous owner. There is some rusting to the rockers and bumpers in places. Right side of bumper is pierced in the corner. Wheels are all straight with white wall tires. Comes with original manual and spare.
Interior features blue leather seats. Headliner is perforatedwhite leather. There is a small rip on the back of one of the rear seats in addition to behind the console on the front dash. Wooden trim is in solid condition with one split in front of the steeringwheel. Radio is only Am.
