Description
This lovely hall tree was made from oak around the 1880's.  If you look closely at the side of the drawers you see how unique  the dove-tailing is.  This was the first ever machine dove-tailing in america.  It was called "Pen and Cove"  This type of piece would have been at the entryway of a home and used everyday.  Features a large swiveling beveled mirror and three drawers for storage.  
 
Condition
The mounting bracket the holds the mirror to the chest is missing as well as the hangers for jackets, hats, and accessories
There is also some hardware missing
